The Hibbs Lupus Trust is a lupus awareness and patient support charity in the United Kingdom, formed〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Family launches charity trust to help fight Lupus « Express & Star )〕 on 11 October 2011 by the Hibbs Family and is run entirely by volunteers. The Hibbs Lupus Trust gained full charity status with the Charity Commission〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Charity overview )〕 in June 2012. It also provides information about lupus and runs campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the disease and influencing public policy. == History == The Hibbs Lupus Trust was founded in 2011 by John Hibbs, whose sister Viki was diagnosed with lupus in 2008.
